Service Availability

Our services are available during posted business hours, which may vary by location and day of the week. We reserve the right to modify our hours of operation, delivery zones, and service availability without prior notice. During peak hours, holidays, or special events, delivery times may be extended, and we cannot guarantee specific delivery timeframes.

Service availability is subject to various factors including weather conditions, staff availability, ingredient supply, and operational capacity. We reserve the right to refuse service, limit quantities, or discontinue any product at our sole discretion without liability.

Delivery Zone Notice: Delivery is only available within our designated service area. Orders placed outside our delivery zone will be automatically converted to pickup orders or cancelled with full refund.

3. Ordering and Payment

When placing an order through Pizza 73, you agree to provide accurate and complete information including delivery address, contact phone number, and payment details. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Pricing and Fees

All prices displayed on our website are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Menu prices are subject to change without notice. The final order total will include the cost of food items, applicable taxes, delivery fees (if applicable), and any additional charges such as service fees or tips.

4. Delivery Policy

Pizza 73 Toronto Central strives to deliver your order in a timely manner. Estimated delivery times provided at checkout are approximate and may vary based on order volume, traffic conditions, weather, and other factors beyond our control. While we make every effort to meet estimated delivery times, we cannot guarantee specific delivery timeframes and are not liable for delays.

Delivery Requirements

To ensure successful delivery, customers must provide accurate and complete delivery information including street address, apartment or unit number, building access codes, and contact phone number. The customer or an authorized recipient must be available to receive the order at the specified delivery address.

  • Delivery personnel will attempt to contact you using the provided phone number
  • If no one is available to receive the order after reasonable attempts, the order may be returned
  • Returned orders due to customer unavailability are non-refundable
  • Delivery to unsafe locations or areas may be refused at driver's discretion
  • Customers must meet drivers at building entrance if access is restricted

Delivery Zones and Fees

Our delivery service covers specific areas within the Greater Toronto Area. Delivery fees are calculated based on distance from our location and may vary. Free delivery may be offered for orders exceeding a specified minimum value, subject to promotional terms and conditions.

Weather and Safety: During severe weather conditions or unsafe situations, delivery services may be temporarily suspended for the safety of our staff. We will notify customers of any service interruptions and offer alternative arrangements.

Order Accuracy

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If there are any issues with your order, contact us immediately at 519-284-2041. We will work to resolve any problems promptly. Claims regarding missing or incorrect items must be reported within 30 minutes of delivery to be eligible for resolution.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Order cancellations must be requested as soon as possible after order placement. Once an order has been prepared or dispatched for delivery, it cannot be cancelled. Cancellation requests should be made by calling 519-284-2041 immediately after placing your order.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued in the following circumstances:

  • Significant errors in order fulfillment that cannot be corrected
  • Food quality issues reported within 30 minutes of delivery with photographic evidence

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. For cash payments, refunds may be issued as store credit or through alternative arrangements. Non-Refundable Situations

Food Handling

  • Refrigerate leftovers promptly at 40°F (4°C) or below
  • Reheat leftovers to 165°F (74°C) before consuming
  • Do not consume food that appears spoiled or has been improperly stored
